Your data, inventoried

Privacy policy of Apolo Comercio de Pneumaticos e Pecas LTDA for yourquieterweek.com, written as nine shelf positions. In force since November 2026.

Whose name is on the label

P1

This site, and whatever reaches the company through it, is the responsibility of APOLO COMERCIO DE PNEUMATICOS E PECAS LTDA, CNPJ 63.521.316/0001-49, R. Otávio Bressan, 309, Santa Felicidade, Curitiba, PR, 82020-290, Brazil.

Under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law, the company is the controller, meaning the one with the final say over anything you send in.

What ends up in the drawer

P2

There is no sign-up, basket or form on this site. The shop only receives what you choose to hand over yourself:

  • in a message to contato@yourquieterweek.com: your name, the sending address and whatever you write or attach, such as a photo of a part;
  • in a phone call: the calling number and the topic discussed on the line.

On top of that, the machinery that delivers each page jots down by itself which IP knocked, the moment it knocked and which browser it used.

What each item is for

P3

What arrives by message or call is used to find the part that fits, clear up doubts and sort out pick-up or shipping. The legal footing is your own request: the talks that come before a purchase.

The technical traces of each visit keep the site standing, point at loading errors and hold back anyone trying to abuse it, resting on the company's legitimate interest in looking after its digital shopfront. None of those traces turns into a buyer file or an advertising list.

Who else leans on the counter

P4

Apolo neither sells nor rents anybody's data. Three outside parties do sit on the technical path:

  • the hosting and content delivery company that serves the pages and holds the access records;
  • Google, which hosts the two letter families on this page and sees your IP when the browser goes to get them;
  • the service that drops into the shop's inbox everything written to contato@.

Beyond that, nothing leaves the company unless a judge or another authority with the power to do so demands it, or Apolo has to defend itself in court.

Cookies and browser traces

P5

These pages write no cookies of their own, run no analytics tool and load no ad code. The providers named in the previous position may run technical mechanisms of their own, governed by their policies. Your browser lets you clear or block such files whenever you like.

How long things stay put

P6

Order messages stay on file while the hunt for the part goes on; once it is sold, they stay only for the stretch that tax rules and buyer-protection rules in Brazil set to prove the sale. Visit traces vanish on the hosting provider's short cycle. When the motive runs out, the data goes in the bin or loses any tie to whoever produced it.

What you can demand from the shop

P7
  • find out whether Apolo holds anything about you and get a copy;
  • mend details that are swapped, half-finished or stale;
  • have anything beyond what is needed made anonymous, frozen or thrown out;
  • move what is yours to another company, in the manner the ANPD comes to set;
  • hear which hands anything was passed to;
  • take back a permission you granted, and hear what follows from saying no.

To use any of these rights, write to contato@yourquieterweek.com. The answer comes within 15 business days.

Lock, key and doors to the outside

P8

Pages only travel encrypted, and the counter's mail account has a password known solely to whoever answers it. A perfect safe does not exist; should something leak and reach you, Apolo says so directly and takes the matter to the National Data Protection Authority in the cases where the law obliges it.

Leave through a link towards some other address, such as the mail app on your phone, and the owner of that other place sets the terms.

Data officer, complaints and revisions

P9

Apolo's data protection officer reads that same inbox: contato@yourquieterweek.com. Unhappy with the answer? The complaint can go straight to the ANPD, at gov.br/anpd.

Each recount of this inventory swaps the month noted up top; what counts is the text sitting on this page the day you visit.
